Eligible Returns:
Defective Products: We gladly accept returns of defective products within 7 days of delivery. A product is deemed defective if it arrives damaged, malfunctions, or fails to meet the specifications listed on our website.
Non-Eligible Returns: Due to safety concerns associated with used gym and fitness equipment, we regret that we cannot accept returns for non-defective products.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Prior to returning any item, please reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@urbanfitness.co.ke or by phone at 0743801380 within the 7-day return window for defective products.
- Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Our customer service representative will furnish you with an RMA number along with detailed instructions on returning the product.
- Shipping the Product: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us at your expense. Kindly include the original packing slip and a copy of the RMA with your return shipment.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported defect.
- Refund or Replacement: If the product is confirmed defective, we will proceed to issue a full refund to your original payment method or replace the product with an identical item, subject to availability. In some instances, we may offer store credit for future purchases on our website.
Important Notes:
- All returns must be received within 14 days of obtaining the RMA number.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, inclusive of all manuals, parts, and accessories.
- We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items during return shipment. We strongly advise using a trackable and insured shipping service.
